Tie-up between MIAL and gang of criminals

May 6, 2011

The Managing Director,
The CSI Airport,
Terminal1-B,
Mumbai.

Sub: Tie-up between MIAL and gang of criminals

Dear Sir,

We would like to draw your attention that we expose the gang of criminals who are operating under the jurisdiction / premises of domestic airport / international airport and we had also distributed hand bills with their complete criminal records on the earlier occasion and the same was sent for your information.

Now, we got the information from the office of the Hon’ble Minister for textile and minority division (Aukaf), Government of Maharashtra that these gangs of criminals are operating from the airport under the name and style of Mumbai Taxi Union and they are trying to get the prepaid counter from MIAL on the name and style of their taxi welfare. The GVK and Crystal Company are indulging in misappropriation of funds.

We would further like to draw your attention that your GM – Corporate Mr. Srinivasan is busy in meeting with these member of criminals and want us spot your these gang of criminals against our Mumbai Taximen Sangathan because as per the meeting with your GM- landslide and assurance given by us to fulfill the legitimate demands of the taximen within the premises of both the airports.  This is nothing but frustrated act of your GM-Corporate and GM, Landslide and it is also against the law to take the help from criminals to suppress the voice of our Sangathan and it is very shameful act of MIAL.

We are also receiving threats from your GM, Corporate that he has link with Senior Police Inspector particularly ACP, Airport division and he is able to file a criminal case against us if we dare to raise any further    demands for the taximen then we all are behind the bars.

Hence, we request you to please direct your GM - Mr. Srinivasan not to threat to us in future and not to hesitate to make any conspiracy against us, failing which we have no option but to take legal action against him and gang of criminals at their risk and cost which please note.

Copy of the earlier hand bill is also enclosed for your ready reference.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully,
For Mumbai Taximen Sangathan
