Sub: Issuance of NOC in respect of loan account of Mr. Harcharan Yadav vide taxi no. MCP 562.

Dear Sir,

We are concerned about our member Mr. Mohamed Hanif and would like to draw your attention that you had hypothecated the above mentioned vehicle no. MCP 562 of Mr. Mohamed Hanif and the same amount had cleared by Mr. Sunil Yadav on behalf of the above mentioned vehicle owner.

You / your office had issued the receipt just one small diary and you had not issue any proper receipt to him which is against the law.

Would you please furnish the copies of all the documents including your trade certificate and licence issued by Reserve Bank of India for non-banking sector within 7 days?

We also request you to please issue the NOC to remove the hypothecation within a week failing which we have no option but to take legal action against you or your agents in the appropriate court of law entirely at your risk and cost which please note.
