Sub:  Date of the Annual General Meeting, their agenda and the election of the Union

Reference: my earlier letter / notice

With reference to the above mentioned subject matter and reference.  I would like to inform you that you are failed to furnish the requisite information as per my earlier notice. 

I would call upon you to furnish the following information and documents:

1.      Date of the coming annual general meeting and their agenda

2.      Procedure and election officer of the coming election of the union.

3.      Furnish the list of all the members along with their complete mailing address and mobile numbers.

4.      Please furnish the assets of the Mumbai Taximen’s Union along with profit and loss account for the last three financial years.

5.      Furnish the assets of the Taximen’s Services Limited, Taximen Enterprises, Taximen Welfare Society, and Airport Taximen Welfare Trust   along with profit and loss account for the last three financial years with the office bearers, directors and the trustees or partners / proprietors.

6.      Please clear the relation between the Mumbai Taximen Union and the Taximen’s Services Limited, Taximen Enterprises, Taximen Welfare Society, Airport Taximen Welfare Trust   

7.      Please furnish the detail of the petrol pumps / Gas stations owned by the Union or its companies.

8.      What is the role of Fredric D’sa in the union and its company / society/trust/enterprises like  Taximen’s Services Limited, Taximen Enterprises, Taximen Welfare Society, Airport Taximen Welfare Trust  

9.      Furnish the complete detail of movable and immovable properties of the union and its company / society/trust/enterprises like Taximen’s Services Limited, Taximen Enterprises, Taximen Welfare Society, and Airport Taximen Welfare Trust   with documentary proofs.

10. Furnish the list of the full time employees of the union and its company / society/trust/enterprises like  Taximen’s Services Limited, Taximen Enterprises, Taximen Welfare Society and Airport Taximen Welfare Trust  

11. What is the Coram to have the Annual General Meeting?

12. Under what law and authority earlier you were holding the office of the General Secretary and treasurer?

13. Under what law and authority you were the election officer and the contestant for the office of the General Secretary?

I, again serve this present notice upon you and request you to furnish the above mentioned information along with requisite documents within next 72 hours failing which we have no option but to take necessary legal action against you entirely at your risk and cost, which please note.
