Sub: illegal notice issued to Autorickshawmen for their driving licence / badge

Sir,

We would like to draw your attention that your office had issued the illegal notice to Autorickshawmen in respect of their driving licence / badge issued by your office between the years 2000-2005.

It is pertinent to note that no single reason was mentioned by your officer in the notice and whenever the autorickshawmen visited your office to see the concerned officer then he is not available. 

It is further pertinent to note that your officer had stopped the renewal of their licence without giving any reason and he had also threatened that he is going to cancel the licence and badge but your officer is not ready to disclose the reason for the same.

We would further like to inform you that your officer is seeking the original documents when the autorickshawmen had filed with their application at the time of getting licence.  All the documents are in your custody along with application then why you require such documents after more than 12 years.

We request you to please withdraw your illegal notice within next 72 hours from the receipt of this letter, failing which we have no option but to approach court of law entirely at your risk and cost for harassing the autorickshawmen.
