ReplyDeleteFor a change of address NOC for a 10-15 year old car ,
ReplyDeleteBank Noc reconfirmation requirement is nothing but harrassment. Rather a punishment weapon for not feeding Rs 3500 or so to an agent to secure an noc.
When gone with Citibank loan closure statement and form 35 issued by citibank ,RTO office staff is insisting to go to Citibank bank again and get a Reconfirmation letter from bank again. But Citibank, insists that they don`t issue Hypo.termination re-confirmation letter again. One wonders, An NOC issued by a Bank along with form 35 (2 copies) is to be re-confirmed.Incomprehensible. On the RTO web-site an NOC from bank is a clear necessity, but going back to the bank with their own NOC for reconfirmation for RTO people is nothing but harrassment for those customers who venture themselves to get an NOC for a mere change of address. Which bye-law or rule allows this practice, need to be explored.Despite all big talk of GST, India is still a country of countries.
I f the loan is not fully repaid then NOC for change of address is inevitable. Once loan is fully repaid and hypothecation agreement is terminated, it is not proper on the part of RTO to insist NOC from financier / bank for change of address on the RC. I am seeing it horrible practice by Government officials.

I had noticed that i have been given a challan for some offence which I have not done
As I have parked my vehcile in the road closed area as there was a dead end of the road which is before the nala of sndt santacruz west
As most of the people do the same if stay in near by locality and cross the nala by foot instead of using the traffic road of sndt which is full of path hole
As I have been for wrong side but on the closed road as most bike and car are park there as I have looked all vechile parked the police personal must has misunderstand my way of drive
So please check the image attached of the challan and bike parked
I request you to please try to consider my request and try to do reversal
As the amount inpose is more then what I earn two days equalant to my two days salary
I assure you that I will not repeat the mistake again
As you can see my past records I always obey the rules and try voilation as I can't afford to pay fine and avoid the same
I pledge to please reverse the fine if not then
Make it minimal and remove the high court order fine so that I don't feel me

I have approach santacruz rto beat they have said that if the challan is wrongly charged then please send email or visit worli office they will be doing the needful
As they have access to cancel Or revoke not us
