Subject: Non registration of Crime on the
name of Jurisdiction by the Park Site Police Station & Ghatkopar Police Station
will fully & deliberately
Sir,
We concern
our member Mr. Yuvraj D. Hotkar, auto men, bearing permit no 95/E/8431/AR and
the Ghatkopar & Park Side Police are harassing him willfully &
deliberately
We would
like to draw your attention that he is a poor auto men and running to pillar
& post for the justice & the Park Site Police Station & Ghatkopar
Police Station, are not ready to lodge the crime will fully & deliberately on
the name of jurisdiction, the reason best known to them.
He had filed
first complaint with the Ghatkopar Police station in the month of June, 2011
under the intimation to you also but till date no action has been taken by the
Police.

Midwarkar of Ghatkopar of Police & PSI Kalamkar of Park Side Police Station
are not ready to lodge the crime and directing me to come every to the police
station but nothing happen.
Our member
is so frustrated from the act of Mumbai Police and he want to commit suicide
because he has no way to go but as per our assurance he is ready to wait
another one week & there after he bluntly told us that he is free to do any
act against the Mumbai Police for non action or harassment will fully &
deliberately.
Hence we
request you to please look into the matter personally & obliged.
