Subject: Issuance of duplicate permit

Dear Sir,

I, Abhaydev Jagannath Morya, a taxi Permit Holder No. 7401/C/88 valid upto ________ levied on vehicle No. MH01/JA 9299 with the Mumbai Gold Cabs Pvt. Ltd. under the Fleet Taxi Scheme 2006.

As you are aware that State Transport Authority had cancelled the provisional licence of Mumbai Gold Cabs Pvt. Ltd.

I would like to draw your attention that the copy of the original permit in the custody of Mumbai Gold Cabs Pvt. Ltd. and our repeated requests the copy is not ready to return my permit.

Hence, I request you to kindly issue a duplicate copy of my permit without any further delay in the interest of natural justice.  The Applicant is ready to pay the necessary charges as per motor vehicle act.

Copy of the replacement form is enclosed.

As you are aware that State Transport Authority had cancelled the provisional licence of Mumbai Gold Cabs Pvt. Ltd.
