Harassment & illegal act of your officers PSI – Mr. Kurade & Mr. Avad

Subject: Harassment & illegal act of your officers PSI – Mr. Kurade & Mr. Avad

Respected Sir,

We would like to draw your kind attention on the above mentioned subject matter in your kind consideration because they all are taking bribes from the taximen just to write their numbers for the queue.

They are taking lot of money from the taximen & tourist vehicles who are parking in the non-parking area within the airport premises as well as outside of the airport.  The Head Constable Mr. Teli is writing numbers of the taxis who are not present in the queue just over a phone after taking Rs. 50/- for each numbers. This racket is running under the command of PSI – Mr. Kurade and Mr. Avad. 

The PSI, Mr. Kurade is threatening the taximen that if taximen will complaint against him then he will not allow the taximen to drive the taxis in the airport or under his jurisdiction because he has unlimited power to charge them.

It is pertinent to note that,  this corrupted team of PSI, Mr. Kurade is not bothering about the illegal acts and not ready to take any action against the tourist vehicles who are parking in the non-parking areas and they are  cheating the customers at large. 

It is further pertinent to note that they are taking bribe from the end number of taximen and allowed them to do your business out of term.  The list of these taxis is enclosed for your ready reference.

We would further like to draw your attention that one Mr. Santosh Shukla, Supervisor of top security and two guards Mr. Tripathi and Mr. Saroj had join with Mr. Kurade team for such illegal acts.

Mr. Kurade had threatened our two Sangathan members Mr. Anil Kumar Mishra and Mr. Sunil Yadav for dire consequences if they will object such illegal works then Mr. Kurade & team will ruin their life.

Under the above mentioned circumstances, we request all of you to take necessary legal action against PSI, Mr. Kurade and his team i.e. Mr. Avad & Head Constable Mr. Teli and above mentioned top security personnel with out any further delay in the interest of natural justice,  failing which we have no option but we will protest before the traffic police head quarters, Worli with prior intimation to you.

We hope you will understand the ground realities and give the justice to the taximen and oblige.
