Sub: NOC to renew Permit No. 99/E/17 was expired on 13/01/2009.

Respected Sir,

As you know very well that my above mentioned permit was expired on 13/01/2009. 

I am trying to get the new NOC from you but you are refusing to issue the NOC to renew my permit one and the other reason.

It is pertinent to note that the said vehicle MH03 F 6606 was impounded by Regional Transport Office U/S 207 and 1-2B of BMC.

Once again I request you to, kindly issue me no objection certificate as per the provision of Motor Vehicle Act within 7 days failing which the concerned RTO is free to renew my permit as per the provision of the Motor Vehicle Act, which please note.
