To,

Mr. A.L .Quadros,
General Secretary,
Mumbai Taximen’s Union,
1/108, Navjivan Housing Society,
Dr. Bhadkamkar Marg.
Mumbai 400008

With reference to your letter dated 09-05-2012, which is received by me on 14-04-2012.

We are not shocked and surprised to see the contents of your letter.  We had send the true copy of signatures duly attested by the Notary and we are not concerned with your own doubt and if you found the signatures are forged then you are free to take legal action against us. This is nothing but you are trying to kill the time only so that you may postpone the AGM and the election of the union.

Your reply is no substance and no legal stand in relation to our notice dated 28-04-2012. Once again we request you to call the AGM and conduct the election as per the democratic process as per our notice dated 28-04-2012, failing which we have no option to call the AGM and conduct the election as per section 25 of the union of the constitution, without any further notice, which you please note.

We draw your attention that you are repeatedly fail to reply of all the issues, which we raised in our notice dated 28-04-2012.

We again undertake that the entire signatures are genuine and your reply is vague, and not tenable in law.
