anticipatory bail. The applicant has already
approached the Sessions Court by filing
Anticipatory Bail Application No.1383 of 2011.
However, the learned Special Judge refused to
grant interim protection and listed the
application for hearing on 17-11-2011. In view
of this, this application is disposed of with
the following direction:

2. The applicant may not be subjected to
arrest till 17-11-2011 when his application is
to come up for hearing before the learned
Special Judge. The applicant shall remain
present before that Court on that date.

3. Needless to say, the learned Special
Judge shall decide the application of the
application on merits on that date.
