Sir,

 We are shocked and surprised to see the contents of your above mention letter. You are very well aware that the MMRTA directed you to implement the automated system on the prepaid Taxi counters at both the airports about two month ago but you fail to implement the same on the behest of the group of criminals and their supporter Mr. Nasim Khan, Guardian Minister of Mumbai.

 You are also aware that after the illegal strike and threats of the group of Criminals led by one Irshad @ Gora, Jumbo, Jaishree and few others, along with the support of said minister and the Senior Police Inspector Mr. Dilip Taral, your office is fail to implement the automated system will fully and deliberately to please the group of criminals and their supporters.

You are also aware about the meeting on the same issue in the office of ACP airport division headed by Mr. N. Chavan, DCP Zone 8 about one month ago and you along with Mr. Srinivasan, A L Quadros of MTU and the under signed was also present in the said meeting and you aware about the outcome of the meeting.

You are avoiding implementing the automated system at the airport will fully and deliberately and now suddenly you woke up and want to conduct the survey for the fresh distance from the RTO, which is not related to the implementation of the automated system at the airport.

Content of this letter itself prove the intension of your office not to implement the automated system at the airport as directed by the state Transport Department for your own personal gain and motive and also to please the group of criminal along with their supporters Guardian Ministers and the group of criminals.

We would also draw your attention that between 8.00 pm to 9.00 am, the group of criminal have the control on the Taxi bays/Terminals/ in and around airport and also they are parked their Taxi Vehicles without the number and take only long fare after Gundaiesm with the association of security guards, Police constables of the local police station and the traffic police constables. It is pertinent to note that it seems that there is no law and order in and around airport between 8.00 pm to 9.00 am. It is pertinent to note that one Havaldar Deshmukh, Desai, Sagbhor of the airport police station, all traffic police constables/ head constable including all the security guards particularly Nagina Yadav and Sandip Tiwari of the Tops security are indulge with this group of criminals for their personal gain and motive. This group of criminals are led by Isatekhar Ahmed Alias manager, Taj Mohammed and Irshad alias Gora, who claimed that they are the right hand men of senior PI Dilip Taral of airport police station.

Hence we request you to please clear your position within next 72 hours, whether you are going to implement the automated system at the airport or not? If you are failing to implement the same then we have no option to approach the appropriate authority of law, entirely at your risk and cost.
