Sub : Computerized Numbering on Pre paid taxi vouchers at CSlA

Respected Sir,

Reference to various meetings on the subject ,I1 1s 10 apprise you that in addition to 13 nos of tried &
tested computer systems fitted at all pre paid taxi counters of Domestic Terminal , 6 new computers
with software & printers have been fitted at the pre paid taxi counters of lnternational Terminal and
the system were put on trial on 9th May'l3.

Sir, the trial went off well but for want of a revised destination list . The current list in use ,surveyed in
2010 is deficient of number of areas of Mumbai suburbs and requires immediate revision .

On a formal request by MlAL to RTO Andheri (W) ,a team comprising of  RTO officials ,Traffic Police &
Union representatives shall be conducting a fresh distance survey from Sahar Airport today on 13th &
14th  May 2013. We are awaiting the RTO approved updated destination list, which shall be uploaded
& computerized numbering at all pre paid taxi counters shall be introduced simultaneously at both
Domestic & international Terminal .
