We had also filed one another affidavit along with the proof of very big scam Rs. 50,000/- crores of the airport land by the MIAL, MMRDA, SRA, Collector, Urban development Ministry, CM Office, Naseem Khan, few MLA's, MP's and the builder lobby too. We had requested the Hon'ble High court to mark this investigation of scam with the CBI because all the state Government Machinery are involved in this scam. We had also filed several RTI applications before the MMRDA, The Collector Suburbs, SRA, Commissioner of Police, Mumbai & others. In which we made Mr. Naseem Khan, Minister Govt. of Maharashtra, NCP through it's President Mr. Sharad Pawar, INC through it's President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, Sahara Star Hotel, MIAL, DGCA, AAI & others as party/respondents. In this writ petition we had raised the security concerned about our Indian Airport but during the research we discovered the airport land scam as mentioned above. Now am getting the threats from the MIAL and others respondents involved in this big scam & particularly Mr. Naseem Khan today. In the event of my death, accident or injury then Mr.Naseem Khan, Minister of the Govt of Maharashtra will be responsible. Central Government & State Government Senior officials are involved in this Airport Land scam including the Ministers, MLA's, MP's, and builder lobby are also involved. Under the gravity of such serious issue, we request all of you to immediate take necessary action & provide me immediate protection to me, my family and one our our office bearer Mr. Kanahiya Singh without any delay.
