Dear Sir,

With reference to your above mention letter, the copy of the said letter is enclosed for your ready reference. I am trying to reach you on the mobile no. which is mentioned on your letter but since yesterday, your mobile is switched off and I had also sent the sms to you for the appointment from you.

I would like to draw your attention that the under signed has filed the writ petition (L). no. 1185 of 2013 before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay and Mr. Naseem Khan, Minister of State, Mr. Kripa Shankar, Mr. Krishna Hegde (both MLA), Mrs. Priya Dutt MP, Ms. Sonia Gandhi President AICC, Mr. Sharad Pawar President NCP, Mr. Prithviraj Chavan CM, Maharashtra along with the top bureaucrats of the Government of Maharashtra, BMC, Police, MIAL, GVK, the builder HDIL, Hotels Sahara Star and other few hotels including the bureau of civil aviation, DGCA, AAI and others are the respondents.

I would further like to inform you that this writ is pertaining to the airport security, slum rehabilitation scheme on the airport land and some other sensitive issues. During our research, we disclose that the airport land scam more than Rs. 20,000 crores and we also raise this issue before the Hon’ble High Court.

I would further like to inform you that now I am getting threats from not only the Goondas/supporters of Mr. Naseem Khan but also supporters of MLA/MP mentioned above and other few respondents continuously.

The copy of the said writ petition is enclosed for your perusal and ready reference. I request you to please go through the content of my said petition and also go through the list of the respondents and their after if you feel that there is a risk or threat to my life then take immediate necessary step if you desire so.
