Sir,

We would like to inform you that we are working as security guards in the Maharashtra Hind Security Guards Private Limited at present posted at Sahar Plaza, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 400059. Due to the high handedness/illegal and inhuman act of the security company since long, we are forced to form the union under the name and style of “MUMBAI SECURITYMEN SANGATHAN” to save the interest of the security men at large in Mumbai.

We would like to draw your attention that the Managing Director of Maharashtra Hind Security Guards Private Limited, Mr. Bhatt of Sahar Plaza and his goons are threatening our 40 members (approx) that if they are not going to work 12 hours @ 8 hour payments then all should be fired from their jobs and no due payments will be made to any of the security guards. It is pertinent to note that the goons of the said security company are trying to assault on our members/security guards and also trying to create the law and order problem in and around the Sahar Plaza.

It is pertinent to note that the said security company is not paying arrears/P.F/ESI/Paid leaves/Medical leave to our members/security guards. It is further pertinent to note that the said company has not given any appointment letter to anyone and just gave the posting orders to some members/security guards.

We would further like to draw your attention that if the company or its goons or Mr. Bhatt of Sahar Plaza are forced to leave the premises forcibly/illegally then the company and Mr. Bhatt are the sole responsible for the outcome.

It is pertinent to note that we are going to protest on Monday at the entrance gate of Sahar Plaza between 10:00 am to 12:00 am to raise our voice against the illegal and inhuman act of the Managing Director of the security company and Mr. Bhatt of Sahar Plaza at their risk and cost. It is further pertinent to note that we are also going to approach the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay in the way of Writ Petition, entirely at your risk and cost, which you please note.

We also request you to please arrange or depute the police party to maintain the law and order in the area and in the interest of natural justice.
